Key Project Facts
This building is constructed in two distinct wings either
side of a Grade II listed building (4 Curzon Place). The
project comprises construction of reinforced concrete basement,
substructure works etc. Above ground floor level the structure
comprises a six storey steel frame with compostie metal deck
flooring, with jump formed in-situ cores and stairs. The
building is clad primarily in pre-fabricated GRC and curtain
walling panels, the roof over the main offices is lightweight
metal decking.
