Key Project Facts
This ten storey steel framed structure has upper floors
comprising column-free office space with reception, restaurant
and loading space at ground floor level. The tenth floor
is dedicated to plant storage, while the basement houses
the remainder of the restaurant, kitchens, plant and car
parking.
The fabricator's scope included the supply and erection
of structural steelwork, pre-cambering and intumescent coating
